Bridget began modelling[1] at age 14 while living in Dallas, Texas. She left school after the 8th grade and signed with the Ford agency in 1992.

Bridget soon picked up a reputation as a wild-child due to[2] her all-night partying. She has her own company Bridget Hall Inc. and released her own calendar in 1996. Bridget has an acting coach and plans to become an actress. She has an older brother Josh and two cats, Belle and Taz. Bridget has been dating actor Norman Reedus.
