HOW TO LOWER FAT[1] INTAKE

fatNowadays, people's requirings for "eating" are increasing following with the improving of people's standards of living. This increasing leads to two results. On one hand, the foods on people's tables are richer and richer; on the other hand, the amount of fatties is larger and larger. Fatness not only brings many inconveniences to people's daily life, but also affects people's health, so "weight loss [2]" become a big hotspot. The following is some steps to reduce the fat intake[3].

1. Choose low-fat dairy products like skim or 1% milk, low-fat cheese and yogurts, and reduced-fat ice cream.

2. Remove the skin from poultry and trim the visible fat from meats before eating.

3. Try to avoid or limit high-fat luncheon meats like bologna, salami, sausage, bacon, and hot-dogs.

(n.) 脂肪。大家肯定都知道fat 最先为我们所知的是“肥胖”的意思,a fat cat (一只胖猫)。其实这个词还有“脂肪”的意思倒是很形象的对吧?

2. weight loss:
减肥。说起这个词,女孩子最明白不过了,或许是因为流行说这个词,不管她们胖瘦如何,如果要夸她们,最最保险的方法就是:You seemed losing your weights these days.(最近你像是瘦了。)

3. intake:

降低脂肪摄取的秘密
