You Can Control Your Headaches

   The next time you have a pounding headache, take a look around you. Headache triggers [1] come in all shapes and sizes - many of which you may not expect. By identifying your triggers, you can control headaches.

   Many people don't know what causes their headaches, but certain triggers such as too much caffeine [2], too little sleep, stress, anger and even changes in the weather can start a headache or make it worse.

   So what helps a headache? Try applying heat or cold to the area, massaging [3] the neck to relax the muscles, or simply taking a walk or a nap. Another way to help is to keep a headache diary to determine if food, weather or mood contributes to your headache pattern. Talk to your doctor if you have frequent or persistent headaches.

   Don't let a headache slow you down. Avoid situations that cause tension or stress, exercise regularly, and get enough sleep. Remember: keep a good mood is better than take any best medcine for a headache in any way!

头痛可以控制

如果下次你又被阴魂不断的头痛病纠缠,不妨注意你周围的环境。引发头痛的原因多种多样——大多是你根本想不到的。只要能找到引起头痛的原因,你就可以控制头痛。

很多人不知道引起头痛的原因是什么,但是像吸收过多的咖啡因、睡眠过少、太多压力、生气,甚至天气的变化等这些因素都是可以引发头痛或是加重头痛的程度。

那么到底什么可以缓解头痛呢?冷敷或热敷疼痛的地方,通过按摩颈部舒缓肌肉,简单一点你也可以散散步、小睡一觉。另外一种有效的方法就是每次头痛的时候都写日记,从而可以判断是不是食物、天气或是情绪导致了你的头痛。如果你经常的或持续的患有头痛,你就该和你的医生好好谈谈了。

别让头痛拖累你。原离那些引起紧张、压力的环境,定期锻炼并保证足够的睡眠。记住:从任何角度来说保持好的心态都比服用最棒的药物要好得多。
