金·凯瑞 Jim Carrey gave girlfriend Renee Zellweger a pricey diamond ring, but does it mean an engagement?

Jim Carrey looks serious about newly acknowledged girlfriend. The New York Daily News dishes[1] that the Man on the Moon star presented Zellweger with a Harry Winston diamond ring worth more than $200,000.

Although the two are calling it a "friendship ring," buzz[2] is building that it is, in fact, an engagement ring. Even before the two went public with their romance, which began on the set of Me, Myself, and Irene, wedding rumors were in the air.

Carrey's already been married twice; Zellweger reportedly dated music exec Guy Oseary, who's been Gwyneth Paltrow's escort[3] whenever her ex Ben Affleck isn't around. Affleck gifted Paltrow with her own Harry Winston diamonds, in the form of earrings, after their reported breakup.
