Britney1 　　Mr. Blackwell's annual[1] "Worst-Dressed Women" list is out once again, among them we found Britney Spears, Fiona Apple and Cher had made their way to the top.

　　Cher, however, wasn't the only recording artist to make the list, which proved to be the half reason music[2] industry notables this year. Celine Dion, referred to as a "profusion of confusion," took second place, followed by Queen Elizabeth, Martha Stewart, etc.

Britney2 　　"Make no mistake, the winners in my Hall of Fashion Shame are picked solely on their stylistic presentation." Blackwell, who has now released his list 40 times, says. "In fact, many of the fashion-challenged women on this year's list are fabulous talents. But when it comes to choosing a wardrobe, they seem to have no exit in sight."
