 Bill Clinton could be about to make his debut as a movie
star in the next James Bond film. According to Sky News, Bond's producers have offered the US President a cameo role as he leaves office in a few days' time.  debut：初次登场；克林顿将新007中露面，天哪，是不是又有一颗好莱坞新星要诞生了呢？ cameo
role：小配角；唉，真失望，原来只是演出一个跑龙套的小角色，而且还是演出他自己。Clinton is said to be fascinated by the idea of moving from politics to acting, although his role in the film wouldn't be much different from his current day job. The scene in which he may appear involves Bond attending a reception at the White House with Clinton playing the President. The next Bond film isn't due to be released until 2002. fascinate：着迷；克林顿对这个角色非常着迷。
