As renewed clashes between Israelis and Palestinians broke out in the West Bank and Gaza, Israel said today Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat was welcome to attend the funeral of Leah Rabin, widow of assassinated Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin.
　　The offer is unlikely to be accepted. Three Israelis and two Palestinian teenagers were killed in separate clashes in the occupied territories today.
　　The renewed violence comes after Arafat and Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak met separately with President Clinton in recent days.
