General Pinochet could be free by next weekend

　Former Chilean dictator General Pinochet may be free in seven days after the UK home secretary decides he is too ill to stand trial in Spain.
　　UK Home Secretary Jack Straw is "minded" to release General Pinochet - and not extradite him to face the charges in the Spanish courts - after accepting medical advice that the general was not well enough.
　　 The decision has been welcomed by supporters of the general in Britain and Chile, but attacked by human rights campaigners.


 


皮诺切特将被释放
　　前智利独裁者皮诺切特将军有可能在七天后被释放，因为他的健康状况太差了，以致不能在西班牙受审。
