Russian soldiers pound a village outside Grozny
（俄罗斯士兵炮击格罗兹尼城外一村庄）
　　The body of a Russian general has been found in Chechnya, according to a senior Kremlin official.
　　 Major-General Mikhail Malofeyev, who was commanding a unit in the capital, Grozny, was reported missing last week. Chechen rebels said they had captured and interrogated him and were going to release a videotape.
　　 But a spokesman for acting Russian President Vladimir Putin said the general's body had been recovered in the area where he was killed in battle. He said the body had been found wtih bullet holes in it.
　　 There has been no independent confirmation of the Kremlin's annoucement.


 


找到俄将军尸体
　　据克林姆林宫高级官员介绍，在车臣失踪的俄将军尸体已经找到。
　　Mikhail Malofeyev上周在车臣指挥部队作战时失踪。车臣叛军说他们已经抓到并审问了这位将军。他们还准备公开一盘录像带。
　　但据俄代总统普京的一位新闻发言人介绍，在战场已经找到少将的尸体。这证明他死于战斗。在尸体上找到了弹孔。
　　至今克林姆林宫的这项声明还没有得到证实。
