Rap superstar Ice Cube has signed an exclusive global publishing deal with Universal Music Publishing Group. A writer and star in several movies, including the current "Next Friday," Ice Cube has had multiplatinum albums that include "America's Most Wanted," "Death Certificate," "The Predator," "Lethal Injection," and "War."

His next album, "Peace," the second of two "War & Peace" volumes, is due this spring on Priority Records. "The War Disc" peaked at No. 7 on The Billboard 200 last December.
