Texas Governor George Bush has won a comfortable victory in Tuesday's US presidential primary in the state of Virginia, according to early exit polls.
　　 Television network projections indicated he would win by a double-digit margin, with the backing of 83 percent of self-declared religious conservatives.
　　 Mr Bush, who had been the favourite to win in the staunchly conservative state, will be awarded 56 delegates for winning the open primary.
