China denied flatly on Tuesday it was selling missile technology to Pakistan.
　　"I want to state clearly that there is no such thing as Chinese sales of missile technology to Pakistan," Foreign Ministry spokesman Sun Yuxi told a news conference in response to a report by the New York Times.
　　"The report is totally groundless."
　　Islamabad, which conducted nuclear tests in 1998 shortly after test blasts by arch-rival India, said on Monday it had no missile cooperation with China "at the present moment."

中国否认向巴基斯坦出售导弹技术

　　中国周二断然否认它在向巴基斯坦出售导弹技术。

　　“做为对纽约时报报道的反应，（中国）外交部发言人孙玉溪（音）在记者招待会上说，“我想明确表示，没有中国向巴基斯坦出售导弹技术这种事。”

　　“这种报道是毫无根据的”。

　　伊斯兰堡1998年曾在它的主要竞争对手印度做核爆炸试验后做过核试验。它周一说“目前”与中国没有导弹方面的合作。
