　　Prime Minister Ehud Barak says he will attend Tuesday's crucial Middle East summit in the US despite the collapse of his coalition on Sunday when three key parties resigned.
　　Shortly afterwards, Mr Barak appeared on television to appeal directly to the Israeli people for support to overcome political divisions and make peace possible at the coming talks with the Palestinians.
　　Mr Barak will take part in a three way summit with Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat and US President Bill Clinton at the Camp David retreat in Maryland.

巴拉克不畏内阁垮台

　　(以色列)总理巴拉克说,尽管由于三个主要政党的退出而使联合政府面临垮台的危险,他仍将参加周二在美国举行的中东会谈。
