Peace in South Lebanon is still fragile 南黎巴嫩的和平仍然处在危机中

　　The United Nations Secretary-General, Kofi Annan, has told the Security Council that UN troops are to be deployed on the Lebanese-Israeli border from Wednesday.
　　In a letter, Mr Annan said he was satisfied that Israel was no longer encroaching onto Lebanese territory.
　　Earlier the UN special envoy, Terje Roed Larsen, confirmed that the violations had stopped, paving the way for Unifil [UN Interim Force in Lebanon] to patrol the border.

维和部队驻扎黎以边界

　　联合国秘书长安南日前告知安理会本周三联合国部队即将进驻黎巴嫩与以色列边界。

　　在写给安理会的信中，安南表示他对以色列将不再侵占黎巴嫩领土非常满意。

　　早些时候，联合国特使拉尔森证实黎以边界暴乱已经停止，这为联合国驻黎巴嫩临时部队在边界进行巡逻铺平了道路。
