　　Pakistan has made a fresh appeal for talks with India following a blast that killed at least 15 people and injured more than 30 in Indian-administered Kashmir.
　　The country's Foreign Minister Abdul Sattar condemned the blast, but said it highlighted the need for peace talks on Kashmir.
　　"The mayhem going on in Kashmir is deeply regrettable.....there must be a return to the peace process," he said.
　　A prominent Kashmiri militant group, Hizbul Mujahideen has said it carried out the attack in Srinagar on Thursday.
