Venus on the way to her 12th WTA Tour title 大威廉姆斯为第12个WTA头衔搏杀

Venus Williams captured her third consecutive title and stretched her winning streak to 15 matches by defeating Monica Seles in the final of the WTA Acura Classic.
　　Third seed Williams won 6-0 6-7 6-3, taking the $60,000 top prize and her 12th career title.
　　Williams blew past the former world number one in an 18-minute first set whitewash, but Seles rallied to take the second set in a tiebreak.
　　In the deciding set, Williams broke early to go ahead 4-1, but Seles broke back to pull within 4-3. Williams returned the favour in the next game and claimed her second match point to take the title.
