I want to say that in China I had one hamburger.I wanted to see (if) it tastes the same. Just a test. 　　(Do you like fish?) Yes, I like fish very much. I eat lots of fish here at this company. (Yes, I know that. I am still wondering why you want a fish.) Because fish is so expensive in Canada.Ah, fish expensive in Canada? I thought that's all Canadians did, fish all the time. That's what you do. Fish in Canada.Right? Huh, No. The ocean where you catch lots of fish is a long ways from most of Canada. Canada is very big. And the ocean is over here and over here. Fish have to be fresh. How do you get a fresh fish from over here to here. It costs a lot of money. So fish are expensive in Canada. (All kinds of fish?) All kinds of fish. 　　I understand the cooks come from the south of China here and they like hot spices in the south of China.Just like in the West.If you are in the southern southern part of America, the food is hot. Not in the north, north of China, not hot; north of America, not hot. It has to do with hot weather, hot food. Really, this is true. 　　(It really should be hot weather, cool food.) You would think so, but that's not the way it is. Somebody should study that. I haven't managed to study it. But I do know it is true. (That's interesting.)
