MY JOB IN HONGEN 　　I have been in...at Human for only...almost three months now as a language consultant. 　　What is a language consultant? It is an English language consultant. Where there is a need to have a native English speaking feeling about the English language that is being used in Hongen...Human products, I try to... You see the product that is produced here is English. I don't produce product. It is produced as an English product. I polish it. 　　As a consultant, I take the Chinese type of English, the Chinese style--good English, but it has a Chinese style,and I try to make it a Western style. There is a subtle difference, but definitely a difference. It's not in an imaginative difference, it is a difference in the choice of words, the length of sentence, the type of slang that you would use. This is what I bring to Hongen, to Hongen's English. 　　Necessary, very necessary if you want to deal with anybody that is a native English speaker. I can spot a Chinese essay, story. 　　We have a website, I run the website. And I can see who's... who has had native English speaking teaching and who hasn't. It's so clear....
